27. Two By Two

It was strange looking at Stan, Bill and Nora and seeing three more of ME as we walked further into the city. The Lite told me we needed to start collecting more humans for our army sooner rather than later so I decided to speed up the process by taking two humans at at time. Specifically male and female partners, if at all possible. I thought about changing the current army of three back into their human identities but realized having four caped individuals could work to MY advantage.

We had rested most of the night in an old building. The army had found some food and looked like they had rested fairly well. Stan was the lookout…not MY first choice…and except for his intermittent comments about looking like ME, he did well at his post. This part of the planet was about to get some sun so it was time to move out and continue with the collection process.

As we came around the corner of the building we found ourselves on what must have been a major roadway as there were vehicles traveling in both directions and a large mass of humans walking on both sides of the road. I stopped the four of us and immediately thought about changing our image to mimic something to hide us…..then I thought about the building. Instantly the four of us became one with the structure we were standing next to. Stan looked around and said, “Hey boss, I can’t see where you are. We all look like part of this building.”

I wanted Stan to stop talking since I made us mimic the building so I could capture more humans without scareing them away. Then I thought, how do I communicate  with the humans when I am using the Lite Wrapping? “The same way you did before.” The Lite was communicating through the Lite Wrapping. “Remember, unitl we get the humans back to LiteWorld and they are transformed, you can only communicate with them through the words on the Lite Papr, unless they are in the zombie-like state.” I thought, “So can I project words on the Lite Wrapping as well?” The Lite replied, “Yes.”

I noticed there were 6 humans walking down the road toward the building we were mimicing. And it looked like 3 groups of male and female humans. Exactly what I wanted. I needed to get Stan’s attention so I ordered the Lite Wrapping to change him back to Stan hoping he would notice and look at the building. I projected the words “Be Quiet” in bigh bold red letters on the Lite Wrapping. Stan looked around and said, “Hey, how come I am…..oh! Sorry boss.” I changed Stan back into a building section just as the 6 humans were walking past us.

I changed back to MY caped form and stood in front of the six humans. As they jumped back startled I thought of the Lite Ring and projected it on the entire group. Unlike Stan, I needed to keep these new captures in the zombie-like state. I didn’t have time to find out if these humans were willing to come along and I certainly didn’t need another human like Stan.

I changed Bill, Nora and Stan back to their human form and ordered the group to follow me. I looked back and saw Stan looking and pointing at something. There were a number of vehicles coming down the road with colored lights flashing….moving quickly in our direction.
