25. Meddle

Fortunately Stan was looking at ME when I projected MY instructions on the Lite Papr for him to come to ME. “Hey boss, what do you want?” As Stan came closer I instructed him to stand a short distance in front of ME. I had not thought much about how this new tool or device would work but I was very interested in it’s overall abilities to make MY collection process and journey back to LiteWorld easier and hopefully safer for ME and MY army.

As I looked at Stan I realized I wasn’t exactly sure how to “project” this Lite Wrapping. Then the Lite spelled out on MY cape, “Think Lite Ring first then “project Lite Wrapping” while looking at the human or object you want to cover.” I positioned MYSELF in front of Stan, thought the two devices and then it happened. Stan looked a little confused as this Lite Wrapping made up of a micro-thin layer of nano/electroluminesence material wrapped around his entire body. He moved a little, rubbed his arms and then said, “Hey boss, what was that?’

I’m not sure what I expected to see….or not see. There was no visual evidence of the Lite Wrapping on Stan. I looked at Bill and Nora. They were just standing there…in that zombie-like state. “Remember, the Lite Wrapping is under YOUR control.” The Lite explained. “YOU can tell it to mimic its surroundings or look like a specific object or human. Without YOUR input it does nothing.” I thought about what the Lite said for a moment then decided to have the Stan wrapped human mimic Bill….instantly there were two Bill’s. Fortunately the Stan/Bill was still talking so I knew which one was really Bill.

Since the real Bill was still in the zombie mode he was unable to react to the new Stan/Bill so I decided to wrap the original Bill and had him mimic Stan. In one thought process I wrapped Bill, took the mimic off of Stan and made Bill mimic Stan. The reaction by Stan was unexpected. For someone who is always so animated and never at a loss for words…unfortunately… Stan just stood there in total silence. I have to admit.  Bill/Stan was a mirror image of the real Stan….and I believe this was a little unnerving for Stan. However, this was a real advantage for all of us as I could now make the four of us look like anything or anyone. This would help ME evade the humans who were now hunting us down.

“Boss?” Stan started to come out of his shocked look. “Yes Stan.” I hoped he was looking MY way to see that I responded to him. “This is really cool…can you make me look like the woman?” Somehow Stan’s comment didn’t surprise ME. I thought for a few moments…looked at Nora and projected the Lite Wrapping on her. Now the images of all three humans were under MY control. “Stan,” I wrote. I’M not going to make you look like Nora..I have a better idea. In an instant the change was made. Stan looked at Bill and Nora. Looked down on himself and said. “Four bosses…coool!” That’s what I thought too.
